How Accounts Work in Benchstock

Benchstock does not create traditional user accounts. Instead, you join organizations using your device ID. When you leave an organization, your membership and association with that organization are automatically removed.

How to Leave an Organization

Open the Benchstock app.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to "Leave Organization" or "Delete Organization" (if you're the admin).
Follow the confirmation steps.

What Happens When You Leave

Your membership in the organization is immediately removed.
You will no longer have access to that organization's inventory data.
Your device can join or create a different organization at any time.
No centralized account exists to delete - your data is only within the organization you joined.

Data Retention

Historical records (transactions, inventory changes) that you created may be retained by the organization for audit and operational purposes. However, your personal membership and device association are completely removed when you leave.
