By accessing or using the Benchstock mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Benchstock provides tools for inventory, bench stock, and maintenance-related tracking and management. The App is intended for organizational and operational use.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
- All activity conducted under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with App performance or security
- Upload malicious or harmful code
- Misrepresent or falsify operational data
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of data you submit. By using the App, you grant permission for that data to be stored, processed, and displayed solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. Availability is not guaranteed, and uninterrupted service is not assured.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Benchstock shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App usage.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
